TERMS & CONDITIONS ALBATROS INVEST & SERVICES CO.LTD
(PATENT TOURISM OF INSPIRATION CAMBODIA)
When you make a booking with us, you enter a contract with ALBATROS INVEST AND SERVICES CO.LTD and you agree with the following conditions:
CURRENCY
All amounts mentioned in this quotation are stated in US Dollars.
BOOKING
All Inspiration Cambodia clients are deemed to have read these terms and conditions and have signed a reservation form which must be made directly between the customer and Inspiration Cambodia.
To confirm your reservation, you must have signed your purchase order, previously send to you as a budget overview, and pay the deposit of 30% of the final amount and then the full balance at least 45 days before your arrival date.
Those conditions are valid for all individual’s tailor made programs. Incentive programs , special events and rallies organized by Inspiration Cambodia have their own specific financial plans.
NB1: if you fail to make any payment when due, we have the right to cancel your booking and to levy the cancellation charges as set out in the purchase order.
NB2 : If your confirmation is during the 45 days before arrival, full payment is requested upon confirmation.
NB3: if you cancel your reservation after signing the purchase order and before to settle the deposit , the cancellations fees are due .
PAYMENT
An invoice will be issued following the confirmation of the booking and the submission of the participants’ details as stated above. Payments can be made via credit card, which will incur a 4% surcharge,or by bank transfer, or by cash. Account details are given on the invoice. Note that all bank transfer fees must be covered in full by the client. Payments must be made per our invoices only and should be executed by cash, credit card or bank transfer.
If one or some proposed service(s) is (are) not available at the moment of booking, we will try to find out other possibility/options or other similar service(s) to avoid as many important changes as possible. Inspiration Cambodia does everything to provide accurate quotes for all our travel products. However, fares and rates for airline tickets, hotels and other travel service providers fluctuate regularly. We recommend immediate payment to guarantee quotes. Rates will be rechecked at time of payment and any increase (fares, rates, taxes, etc.) is due and payable regardless of earlier quotations.
CHANGES & CANCELLATION by you
All minor changes can be done by you to your program and Inspiration Cambodia will try always to confirm the changes without extra fees.
Major changes will be charged if the changes modify or cancel the room reservations according to the cancellation policies.
Due to the wide range of hotel cancellation policies, the following is our general regulation. Any cancellations should be made in writing.
For individual tailor-made programs:
HIGH SEASON (from 1st November till 31th March)
- As it is very high period occupancy during November to March, the deposit is non-refundable and always due
- Cancelation from 45 to 20 days’ prior arrival: 50% of the total amount of the trip will be charged.
- Cancelation from 19 to 10 days’ prior arrival: 75% of the total amount of the trip will be charged.
- Cancelation from 9 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the trip will be charged.
LOW SEASON (from 1st April till 31st October included)
- A fee of 50 us$ per person is due for the administration fees till 45 days before arrival. the rest of the deposit will be refund except the bank fees.
- 44 days to 30 days prior arrival: 25 % of the total amount will be charged.
- 29 days to 15 days prior arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
- 14 days to 8 days prior arrival: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
- 7 days until the day arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Those conditions are valid for all individual’s tailor made programs. Incentive programs and car rallies or special events organized by Inspiration Cambodia have their own specific cancellations conditions .
CHANGES & CANCELLATION by us
Inspiration Cambodia reserves the right to cancel any trip due to reasons beyond its control (i.e.: natural disasters or political instability, but not limited to). In such a case Inspiration Cambodia, will refund monies received in full (except all banking fees).
FLIGHT
Flight schedule and airfares are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of cancellation by the client after issuance of a flight ticket, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the policy of the airlines. Airfares are subject to change without prior notice from the airlines. Child policies are only depending of the airlines.
INSURANCE
Inspiration Cambodia guarantees that all its vehicles are insured as commercial passenger vehicle. Insurance coverage does not apply after the passengers have exited the vehicle.
Private travel insurance is compulsory for all people traveling with Inspiration Cambodia. Your travel insurance must provide cover against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation and personal liability. We also advise to contract insurance coverage against cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage and personal effects.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Clients must carry a valid passport (at least 6 months beyond traveling dates, subject to change without prior notices from authorities) and a ID picture to obtain the relevant visas when entering Cambodia. Inspiration Cambodia can provide the visa and the fast lane services upon arrival and deeply recommend to use those facilities with fees to save time upon arrival.
FORCE MAJEURE
Inspiration Cambodia cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligation is prevented or affected by reasons or Circumstances amounting to ‘Force Majeure’.
Circumstances amounting to ‘ Force Majeure’ include any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid such as war or threat of war, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, epidemic, quarantine, fire or all similar events , cancellation or change of routing or scheduling of any national or international flights , refusal or cancellation of entry visa, expulsion of the country, loss, theft or deliberate destruction or not of passport and/or official documents.
PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PERUSAL
As you should know, EU established some new rules about how using your personal datas. It is logical Inspiration Cambodia must have done the same for its guests.
The protection of your personal data is important for us and its protection and perusal as well. The General Data Protection Regulations are applicable since May 25 2018, and it is our duty to inform you of how we make use of the data we collect.
This information is basically collected for informative and prospective goals.
How we make use of your data will not change in the future and will remain strictly confidential: by the nature of our activity, it is not in our interest to share them.
How did we collect your personal data:
- During meetings/fairs with our representatives, while collecting your business cards.
- While sending us a request through our website.
- Via the social networks of which you are a member
- While sending us passports copies or any personal information requesting from our suppliers for any special arrangements (passports copies for fast check-in etc…)
In application, we use your personal data to:
- Inform you by emails of any news of the Kingdom of Cambodia and its products, internal news, commercial offers and any other information we find relevant.
- While prospecting and preparing meetings for sales calls or international fairs.
- Send you invitation for special events.
At any time, if you no longer wish to receive our commercial emails and newsletters, simply click “Unsubscribe from this list“. We will stop sending to your address but we will keep your contact details.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Inspiration Cambodia accept responsibility if the tailor-made program we agree to provide is not supplied as described or to a reasonable standard. We further accept responsibility for the acts and omissions or our employees, agents, suppliers and subcontractors for the period and duties involved your program.
The company Albatros Invest & Services has subscribed an insurance for third part liability with FORTE INSURANCE.
In case of dispute, only the courts of Cambodia are competent.
The Kingdom of Cambodia is a land of respect. We strongly recommend to follow the rules of the conduct code issued by the authorities.
We also request a fully respect to all Cambodian citizens, to their children, the monks and all authorities members of the government .
